Our largest building is named for the incredible artist that tagged the front of it. NELS was the bigger than life character who provided the spark to get this place started. Besides running the Art Show at the Bonnaru Festival each year, he was an accomplished artist, street painter and designer. He also coordinated with dozens of other painters to paint all of Triangle. He tagged the building with his “NELS” tag just before he passed. He will be with us forever.

This building will be outfitted with multiple metal shops and be used for fabrication of large installations. With a door opening of 16’X16”, clear height f 26 feet and 400 amps of power, we can accommodate almost anything you can design.
