STUDIO RENTALS

Our Studio Buildings house 11 artist studios. Sizes of the rooms range from 100 sqft to 350 sqft. Each space comes with free parking, WIFI, heat and A/C, internal gallery space, bathrooms and use of the common area "kitchen/lounge". In addition, we can generally obtain tickets to all the festivals and events held on our grounds. Whenever possible, we pass those tickets on to our tenants.
